Administrative Assistant

We are looking for dependable individuals who are focused on customer satisfaction to fill our full-time Assistant Account Manager position.
Responsibilities:
Ability to assimilate product knowledge quickly
Comfortable interacting with clients
Strong customer service and organizational skills required
Self starter
Strong verbal & written skills
Excellent follow up skills, delivering consistent and timely responses
Good basic math skills
Team player with positive attitude
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multi-task
Regular and reliable attendance
Attention to detail
Experience in dealing with major retailers preferred
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Daily phone and e-mail interface with clients
Customer service
General tasks as needed
Work closely with and support Account Manager

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
