We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Pool & Spa Service Manager to join our team and lead our service department.
Job Description:
An Administrative Assistant plays an important role in organizing and helping management within our customer service department.
This includes file organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members, and drafting correspondence or messages.
Helping assist in providing a high-quality customer service experience.
Salary Range:
$20-$23 Pending Experience
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling stops according to job type/location - Ensuring Technicians have the proper parts to complete the job - Handle incoming phone calls - Assisting with product inquiries - Provide customer service for products we sell - Replying to customer emails - Data Entry - Organizing and maintaining files Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills - Organizational skills - Written communication skills - Multitasking Skills - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
