Summary:
The Provider Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment, contract submission, and expansion of the CPHL Provider Network.
This is an entry level position with great potential for growth.
PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
Recruit, negotiate, and initiate contracting of potential Network Providers Maintain detailed, accurate records Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with providers Maintain knowledge of current managed care regulations and trends Consults on proactive approaches to improve operational performance Evaluates network operations to identify risk areas Other duties as assigned EDUCATION High School diploma EXPERIENCE Not required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; efficient organizational skills Strong social skills with a positive and proactive mentality Effective time management, planning, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as within a team Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with representing CPHL ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES (e.
