Office Assistant/Dispatch
Responsibilities:
Communicate with our technicians Recording information as needed.

Performing general office duties Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Great communication skills.
Duties:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, communicating with our technicians, and responding to emails.
- Type, transcribe, and distribute correspondence and documents.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.
Experience:
- Previous experience as an office assistant/dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
