Responsibilities Optimize the Customer Experience and build lasting realtionships within the Community Perform department opening and closing procedures, maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the Retail Store Assist with merchandising product as well as shipping purchases, receiving, pricing, stocking retail merchandise, and routine inventory checks Maximize sales opportunities, answer questions and offer suggestions based on available merchandise and services Become an expert in baseball, softball, hockey, goalie and lacrosee Staying up to date on current sports trends and news Qualifications Possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to Work Weekends Interact professionally with employees, customers and vendors Excellent time management skills Ability to multi-task Strong oral and written communication skills Able to work independently and follow instruction Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships Team player Organizational skills Benefits Medical Dental Vision Vacation/Sick Time 401k with Employer Match for Full Time Employees.
