The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, and other administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Schedule patient appointments, confirm appointments, and cancel appointments as needed.
Verify patient insurance information and enter into the system.
Maintain patient records and filing systems.
Collect payments from patients and submit to the appropriate department.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, copying, etc.
